The Stamp Duty Holiday will come to an end on the 30th June 2021. After this date, until the end of September, there will be a staggered return to previous Stamp Duty rates. Meaning buyers won't have to pay Stamp Duty on the first £250,000 of the purchase price.
The temporary increase to the nil rate band for Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), which is the rate before you start paying SDLT on residential property has been extended.
Residential rates on purchases from 1st July 2021 - 30 September 2021:
£0-250,000 = 0%
£250,000-£925,000 = 5%
£925,000-£1,500,000 = 12%
From 1st October 2021, rate are due to return to normal:
£0-150,000 = 0%
£125,001-£250,000 = 2%
£250,001-£925,000 = 5%
£925,000-£1,500,000 = 10%
£1,500,000+ = 12%

that you exchanged contracts.
